Summary
This study follows 1,000 adults aged 50 and older who take part in a park-based fitness program in Miami-Dade County. Researchers will measure changes in weight, blood pressure, arm and leg strength, and mobility. The goal is to see if community park programs can improve cardiovascular health and physical fitness in older adults.
