Summary

This study tests whether early, intensive leg exercises, done by a physical therapist and a parent together, can improve walking and motor skills in children aged 8 months to 3 years who had a stroke around birth. The study compares this approach to usual care. The goal is to see if this partnership helps children move better and improves their quality of life.
