Summary
This study looked at the best way to treat acanthamoeba keratitis, a rare but serious eye infection. 49 participants first received either chlorhexidine alone or with povidone iodine, then were randomly assigned to early, late, or no steroids. The goal was to find which approach clears the infection and improves vision most effectively.
