Summary

This study looks back at the medical records of 24 people in Spain who had a rare eye infection called acanthamoeba keratitis. They were treated with special eye drops (polihexanide) as part of a government program. The goal is to see how many patients were cured after finishing treatment, with a check-up 30 days later.
