Summary

This study looks at whether giving paracetamol (acetaminophen) through a vein during emergency abdominal surgery can cause a drop in blood pressure. Researchers will monitor 90 adult patients having emergency laparotomy to see how their blood pressure changes. The goal is to better understand this common painkiller's effects in critically ill patients.
