New drug combo targets tough cancers in groundbreaking trial
NCT ID NCT06922591
Summary
This study is testing whether a new oral drug called TNG462 is safe and effective when combined with other cancer drugs for people with advanced pancreatic or non-small cell lung cancer. The trial will involve about 183 adults whose cancers have specific genetic changes (MTAP loss and sometimes a RAS mutation). Researchers aim to find the best dose and see if these drug combinations can shrink tumors.
