Triple punch against pancreatic cancer: chemo, immunotherapy, and radiation before surgery

NCT ID NCT06384560

First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study is testing a new approach for people with pancreatic cancer that can be surgically removed. Before surgery, patients receive a combination of chemotherapy (mFOLFIRINOX), an immunotherapy drug (pembrolizumab), and targeted radiation (SABR). After surgery, they continue with chemotherapy and immunotherapy. The goal is to see if this triple treatment helps patients live longer without the cancer coming back. The trial is for adults with early-stage or borderline resectable pancreatic cancer who are healthy enough to undergo these treatments.
