First seen May 08, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This study tests whether adding the experimental drug atebimetinib to standard chemotherapy helps people with metastatic pancreatic cancer live longer. About 510 adults who have not had prior treatment will be randomly assigned to receive either the new combination or standard chemo alone. The goal is to see if the new approach improves overall survival and slows cancer growth.
