This study enrolls 5,000 people at high risk for pancreatic cancer to donate blood, pancreatic juice, and medical images over 10 years. Researchers will use this information to develop and validate tests that can detect pancreatic cancer earlier, when it may be more treatable. Participants must be 18 or older and have no personal history of pancreatic cancer or total pancreatectomy.
