New pill targets Cancer's 'MAPK Pathway' in patients out of options

Summary
This is a first-in-human study testing a new oral drug called NST-628 in adults with advanced solid tumors that have specific genetic changes. The main goals are to find a safe dose and see how the body processes the drug. The trial is for patients whose cancer has continued to grow despite standard treatments.
