Summary

This study tests two approaches to help people with opioid use disorder and chronic pain who are taking buprenorphine. One approach is a pain self-management program with coaching and peer support. The other allows patients to adjust their buprenorphine dose based on their pain levels. The goal is to see if these methods reduce pain interference and improve daily life over 3 months.
