Summary

This study looks at 120 children aged 3 to 12 having foot or ankle surgery. All get a standard nerve block, plus one of three extra medications: dexamethasone, dexmedetomidine, or both. The goal is to see which combination provides the longest pain relief and reduces the need for extra pain medicine after surgery.
