First seen Jan 04, 2026 · Last updated Apr 26, 2026 · Updated 22 times
Summary
This study looks at whether virtual reality-based exercises can improve foot function, foot pressure, and balance in sedentary university students aged 18-25. Participants will be assigned to different VR programs, and researchers will measure changes in foot pain, pressure distribution, and balance over time. The goal is to see if VR can be a helpful tool for people who don't get much physical activity.
