Cancer surgery pain relief: which method works best?

Summary
This study aims to find the most effective pain management approach for patients undergoing minimally invasive cancer surgery. Researchers will randomly assign 48 participants to one of three pain control methods used during their operation. The study will compare pain levels, medication needs, side effects, and patient satisfaction to determine which approach provides the best results.
