Summary
This study looked at two types of nerve blocks (TFP and QLB) to see which one works better for pain after lower belly surgery in children aged 3 to 7. The goal was to reduce pain and the need for extra pain medicine. 66 children took part, and researchers measured their pain scores and how much painkiller they needed.
