Nose spray could be Game-Changer for Kids' Post-Surgery pain

Summary
This study tests whether a combination of two medicines given as a nose spray can reduce pain in children after tonsil and adenoid surgery. About 160 children aged 3 to 7 will take part. The goal is to find a safe and effective way to manage pain without strong side effects.
