Summary
This study will compare two types of ultrasound-guided nerve blocks (QLB and TFP) to see which provides better pain relief after laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair. Ninety adults scheduled for surgery will be randomly assigned to receive one of the two blocks or standard care. The main goal is to measure pain scores over the first 24 hours and how much extra pain medication is needed.
