Summary
This study compared two pain relief methods after bladder removal surgery: a thoracic epidural and a newer ultrasound-guided nerve block. Twenty adults aged 40-70 having planned surgery took part. The goal was to see which method provided longer pain relief and better pain scores in the first 24 hours after surgery.
