Summary
This study compared two methods of pain relief after radical cystectomy (bladder removal) surgery: thoracic epidural analgesia and ultrasound-guided erector spinae plane block. Twenty patients aged 40-70 participated. The goal was to see which method provides better pain control and fewer side effects.
