NCT ID NCT07290465

First seen Jun 24, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This study looks at whether exercising at different times of day changes how we feel pain. Fifty-six healthy adults will do a 12-minute high-intensity workout in both the morning and evening. Researchers will measure pain thresholds before and after exercise to see if time of day, sleep type, or sex makes a difference.
