Summary
This study aims to understand why some patients develop long-term pain after a common eye surgery for keratoconus. Researchers will use brain scans and special eye imaging to track how pain signals change and how nerves in the eye heal after the procedure. The goal is to learn how to predict and potentially prevent chronic pain following this surgery.
