Summary

This study compares two standard pain relief methods—morphine given via a spinal injection and methadone given through an IV—for men undergoing testicular cancer surgery. The goal is to see which approach provides better pain control and reduces the need for additional opioids. About 142 participants will be enrolled to help improve recovery after this procedure.
