Summary
This study looks at 120 adults having keyhole lung surgery to see which pain relief method works best: a nerve block, an epidural, or standard painkillers. Researchers will measure pain scores and how much extra pain medicine is needed in the first 24 hours. The goal is to find the safest and most effective way to control pain after surgery.
