First seen Dec 29, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 22 times

Summary

This study looks at whether adding Pain Neuroscience Education (learning how pain works) to standard back exercises helps people with chronic low back pain feel less disabled and less afraid of movement. About 40 adults aged 25-50 will take part for 8 weeks, with follow-up at 16 weeks. The goal is to see if combining education with exercise leads to better and longer-lasting relief.
