Summary
This study will test whether adding pain neuroscience education (learning how pain works) to standard back exercises helps people with chronic low back pain more than exercises alone. Forty adults aged 25 to 50 with pain lasting over 12 weeks will be randomly assigned to either exercises only or exercises plus weekly pain education sessions for 8 weeks. The researchers will measure disability, fear of movement, and pain at 8 and 16 weeks to see if the combined approach leads to better and longer-lasting improvements.

Inclusion Criteria: * Adults aged 25to 50 years. * CLBP lasting for more than 12 weeks.
