Summary
This study tests three common pain relievers (ibuprofen, paracetamol, and tenoxicam) against a placebo to see which works best during shock wave treatment for kidney stones. About 160 adults will rate their pain at several points during the procedure. The goal is to find the safest and most effective way to manage pain and improve comfort during treatment.
