Summary
This study tested three different methods to control pain in children aged 2 to 7 after hernia surgery. The methods were a nerve block near the spine, a block at the tailbone, and local numbing medicine. The goal was to see which one works best and causes the fewest side effects. 75 children took part, and their pain was measured for four hours after surgery.
