Which drug makes arm surgery pain relief faster and better?

Summary
This study tests whether adding dexmedetomidine or dexamethasone to a standard numbing medicine (ropivacaine) helps pain relief start faster during arm surgery. About 66 adults having upper limb surgery will receive one of the two combinations. The goal is to see which approach provides quicker and longer-lasting pain control.
