Summary

This study tested three different nerve blocks to see which provides the best pain relief after video-assisted chest surgery. Sixty adults were randomly assigned to receive one of the blocks. Researchers measured how long it took before patients needed extra pain medicine and how much morphine they used. The goal is to find the most effective way to ease pain and reduce opioid use after surgery.
