This study tests two different nerve blocks to see which one controls pain better after laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy. Sixty adults having this weight-loss surgery will receive either an intertransverse process block or a subcostal transversus abdominis plane block. The goal is to find which block reduces pain scores and the need for opioid painkillers in the first 24 hours after surgery.
