Summary

This study tests two types of nerve blocks to see which one controls pain better after laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy, a weight-loss surgery. Sixty adults will receive one of the two blocks, and their pain levels, opioid use, and recovery quality will be tracked for 24 hours. The goal is to improve pain management and reduce the need for strong painkillers.
