Summary
This study looks at whether extra help from a dietitian can help active duty women lose weight and get fit after their first baby. About 74 women will either get virtual diet coaching or standard care for a year. The goal is to see if more women can meet military weight and fitness standards by 12 weeks and 12 months after giving birth.
