Summary

This pilot study is following 80 adults aged 30 and older who are members of the Wellness Institute in Manitoba. Researchers are collecting a wide range of health data over one year, including fitness levels, diet, sleep, stress, and medical history. The goal is to understand how using a medical fitness facility and lifestyle choices relate to healthy aging, and to set the stage for a larger future study.
