First seen Nov 19, 2025 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 26 times

Summary

This study tests a newer pacing method called left bundle branch area pacing against standard pacing for people who develop heart block after a TAVI procedure. About 266 participants will be randomly assigned to one of the two pacing types. The goal is to see if the newer method reduces heart-related deaths, hospitalizations for heart failure, and the need for repeat surgeries.
