First seen Nov 06, 2025 · Last updated May 10, 2026 · Updated 28 times

Summary

This early-phase study tests an experimental cell therapy called P-MUC1C-ALLO1 in 180 adults with advanced solid tumors (e.g., breast, ovarian, lung, pancreatic cancers) that have not responded to standard treatments. The therapy uses donor immune cells engineered to attack cancer cells. The main goals are to find the safest dose and check for early signs of tumor shrinkage.
