New acid blocker may beat old one in stomach bug battle

Summary
This study tests whether a newer acid-blocking drug (P-CAB) works better than a standard one (PPI) when used as part of a 4-drug therapy for H. pylori infection. About 320 adults who have not been treated before will take one of the two combinations. The goal is to see which treatment clears the infection more effectively, with fewer side effects and better patient satisfaction.
