First seen Feb 27, 2026 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 12 times

Summary

This study tested whether a skin patch (transdermal delivery system) can deliver the drug ozanimod as well as the oral capsule (Zeposia) in 24 healthy adults. Participants either took one capsule or wore a patch for 7 days. Researchers measured drug levels in the blood and checked for skin reactions. The goal was to find a better way to give this medicine for conditions like multiple sclerosis and ulcerative colitis.
