First seen Apr 09, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 5 times
Summary
This study looks at whether portable oxygen therapy, tailored to each person's needs, can help people with interstitial lung disease (ILD) or COPD be more active and feel better in daily life. About 24 adults who only have low oxygen when walking or exercising will try two types of oxygen devices and no oxygen for two weeks each. The goal is to see if personalized oxygen improves real-world activity, symptoms, and quality of life.
