Summary
This study tests whether transplanting a woman's own previously frozen ovarian tissue can restore fertility and normal hormone levels after chemotherapy or radiation caused ovarian failure. Five women who had ovarian tissue frozen before cancer treatment will receive the tissue back via a small surgical procedure. Researchers will track hormone changes, return of menstrual cycles, pregnancy, and safety outcomes like cancer recurrence.
