This study tests an experimental drug called HS-20093 against a standard chemotherapy combination (gemcitabine plus docetaxel) in people with osteosarcoma (a type of bone cancer) that has not responded to at least two prior treatments. About 117 participants aged 12 and older will be randomly assigned to receive either the new drug or the standard chemo.
