Summary
This study tests a drug called osimertinib for people with a specific type of stage III lung cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. Participants take the drug before and after radiation therapy. The goal is to see if this approach helps control the cancer longer. The study is for patients who cannot or choose not to receive standard chemotherapy.
