Summary

This study tests whether a once-daily pill called orforglipron can reduce stress urinary incontinence (leaking urine during movement) in women with obesity or overweight. About 1000 adult women will receive either the drug or a placebo for about 58 weeks. The main goal is to see if the drug reduces the number of incontinence episodes and improves quality of life.
