Summary
This study compares two standard treatments for HPV-related throat cancer: radiation therapy or surgery. The goal is to see which approach leads to better survival and quality of life, especially swallowing function. About 61 adults with early-stage cancer are taking part. Results will help doctors choose the best treatment for future patients.
