Summary

This study looks at whether adding a medication called cytisine to intensive counseling helps people with HIV in Kenya quit smoking and stop heavy drinking. About 300 participants will be followed to see if they can stay smoke-free and avoid heavy alcohol use. The goal is to improve overall health in a resource-limited setting.
