Summary

This study tests whether coaching or communication classes for primary care clinicians can improve patient satisfaction scores and reduce clinician burnout. About 45 Mayo Clinic providers will take part, filling out questionnaires before, right after, and two months after the training. The goal is to see if better communication skills lead to happier patients and less stressed doctors.
