Summary

This study looks at whether giving primary care doctors coaching or communication classes can make patients more satisfied and reduce doctor burnout. About 45 doctors from Mayo Clinic will take surveys before, right after, and two months after the training. The goal is to see if better communication skills improve the experience for both patients and clinicians.
