First seen Feb 25, 2026 · Last updated Jun 13, 2026 · Updated 18 times

Summary

This study aims to see if a contrast agent called gadopiclenol can improve MRI detection of leptomeningeal disease (LMD), a rare spread of cancer to the brain and spinal cord lining. About 40 adults with solid tumors who have unclear MRI results will receive the agent and be monitored for side effects. The goal is to catch LMD earlier, when treatment may be more effective.
