Summary

This study tests whether a personalized, monthly-checked rehab program from 3 to 6 months after ACL surgery can lower the chance of re-tearing the ligament or injuring the other knee. About 432 athletes who want to return to competitive sports will be randomly assigned to either standard rehab or the optimized program. The goal is to see if the tailored approach reduces new ACL injuries compared to usual care.
