Tailored rehab after ACL surgery may cut re-injury risk

Summary
This study tests whether a personalized rehab program, guided by monthly check-ins with a physiotherapist from 3 to 6 months after ACL surgery, can lower the chance of re-injuring the same or opposite knee. About 432 athletes who want to return to competitive sports will take part. The goal is to see if this tailored approach works better than the usual rehab plan.
