This study looks at people aged 45-74 who had a positive fecal immunochemical test (FIT) but a normal colonoscopy. Even with a clear colonoscopy, these individuals may still have a higher risk of colorectal cancer. The trial will compare two follow-up options after two years: another FIT test or a repeat colonoscopy, to see which is better at detecting advanced growths or cancer.
