Shorter rest after sling surgery may be just as good
NCT ID NCT04817839
First seen Feb 04, 2026 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 9 times
Summary
This study looked at whether a shorter recovery period (3 weeks) is as good as a longer one (6 weeks) after a sling procedure for stress urinary incontinence. About 200 women who had the surgery took part. The goal was to see if less restriction time leads to similar symptom relief and satisfaction.
