Summary
This study looked at how well people recover from gallbladder surgery when given pain medicine without opioids compared to standard opioid-based anesthesia. Fifty adults having planned laparoscopic gallbladder removal took part. The main goal was to measure recovery quality 24 hours after surgery using a patient questionnaire.
