Summary

This study tests whether an opioid-free anesthesia method can better control pain and agitation in children after cleft lip and palate surgery. About 90 children aged 3 months to 7 years will receive either standard opioid or opioid-free drugs. The goal is to improve recovery and reduce side effects like nausea and breathing problems.
