Summary

This study tested whether an online, live strength training program called Vivo is feasible and acceptable for sedentary older adults with prediabetes. Twenty-eight participants took part in 45-minute classes twice a week for 12 weeks. The study measured leg strength, attendance, ease of use, and satisfaction.
